At the helm of Restaurant Six’s kitchen is Chef Misha Raileanu, whose culinary journey began at the age of 15 in Moldova. Having spent the last decade in Ireland and joining Restaurant Six as our Head Chef in 2024, his philosophy is simple: create visually appealing and flavorful dishes to all tastes. The menus features a range of options, from succulent meats and fresh seafood to tasty vegetarian dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
