All Tips and Gratuities collected by electronic or other means are distributed to employees in a manner that has been agreed with our Team members.

Our Team have agreed to share 100% of Tips and Gratuities between both front of house and back of house employees.

The Company bears the cost of any service charges incurred by credit card and other electronic processing resulting in 100% of Tips and Gratuities going to our Team members.
